Other muscles groups contract in a non-movement, static way, and help stabilize various muscles.


All of the areas involved in Golf performance can be exercised to improve power, strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance. Although it is not understood in the beginning, improving these physical elements, will greatly improve all aspects of your Golf performance.

A properly designed exercise program will not injure ones ability to play Golf. Golfers are finally starting to realize that they are athletes, and that his or her ability to improve is directly related to proper training to improve power and strength. If just practicing the movements of the golf swing were the only requirement to improve the distance of the drive, then everyone would be driving the golf ball over 300 yards.
