Total Body Conditioning Program
During the first two visits, the client is evaluated to determine certain baseline, physical fitness data. Once established, this data outlines, his or her present-day fitness level. This allows us to design the fitness program using accurate, safe, and effective resistance allowing the body to get into shape, quickly and safely.
The exercises used in this program creates a total body workout. The client performs each exercise using a safe, non-impact, speed-of-movement. This prevents injury, and sends the signal to the body that the exercise is safe to perform, which allows a high level performance.
The amount of exercises selected for this program will range from 8 to 12 exercises.Typically, if a person is in average condition, the workouts last 20 minutes. Some clients, such as those with injuries may take slightly longer to finish his or her program. The maximum time it will take is 30 minutes.
This approach works well for improvements in strength, flexibility, muscle endurance and cardiovascular improvements; in addition, high-energy levels, weight loss, muscle tone and body shape are enhanced, and the body becomes more firm.
