Marc Mero Body Slam Programs

Our Focused Fitness Protocols are based on the revolutionary breakthrough exercise concepts.  These concepts form the basis of High Intensity Training, arguably, the most productive method of exercise ever created.

Our total conditioning concept, when coupled with the use of our high-tech equipment and personalized instruction, will produce maximum results in minimum time, as little as 20-minutes, two or three times a week.

All client visits are by appointment only.  Each visit is supervised, one-on-one training and conditioning session conducted by a Certified Exercise Specialist.  As your personal trainer, he/she will tailor your workout regime, motivate you through each routine, and help you maximize your results. 

Marc Mero Body Slam offers several different membership prices, all of which are very competitive with Personal Training facilities in the Orlando area.  The sessions are available in groups of 12 and 24 session packages.  Custom workout packages also can be designed to meet each client’s individual needs or schedule. 

Once you become a Marc Mero Body Slam client, you will work with your Certified Exercise Specialist to design a program that matches your goals.  And, in order to maximize your time, every workout session is scheduled by appointment.

Total Body Conditioning

During your first two visits, you will be evaluated to determine certain baseline, physical fitness data.  This data will help you and your Exercise Specialist learn your present-day fitness level.  This also allows us to design the fitness program using accurate, safe and effective resistance training that allows the body to get into shape quickly and safely.  Marc Mero

The exercises used in this program create a Total Body Workout.  The client performs each exercise using a safe, non-impact, speed-of-movement regime.  This prevents injury and sends signals to the body that the exercise is safe to perform, which promotes a high level of performance. 

The number of exercises selected for your Total Body Conditioning will range from 8 to 12 different exercises.  Typically, if a person is in average condition, the workout lasts 20-minutes. Some clients, such as those with injuries, may take slightly longer to finish their program; however, the maximum time for every client is 30 minutes. 

Marc Mero Body Slam’s Total Body Conditioning Program works if your goals are to improve strength, flexibility, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular improvements.  You also will realize high energy levels, weight loss, and your body shape will be enhanced, becoming more firm.  This is a program that will benefit those interested in total body conditioning.

Body Slam Orlando Golf ProgramGolf Performance Program

Golf is one of the most popular sports in America; after all, Florida is the golf capital of the world.   It is also a “one-sided” sport, meaning the body is called upon to perform movements – time after time – that move from overhead to downward and upward all within one non-stop movement. 

This movement contracts muscles and brings into play, many of the major muscle groups of the body including the upper and lower back, shoulders, arms, chest, forearms, waist and abdominals, and the grip.  Other muscle groups contract in a non-movement static way to help stabilize various muscles. 

All of the muscles and muscle groups needed for the game of golf can be exercised in our custom designed Golf Performance program.  The regime helps you improve power, strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance.  Improving these physical elements, will greatly improve all aspects of your golf game. 

As a golfer, you are an athlete and your ability to improve is directly related to proper training to improve power and strength, not to mention the conditioning of muscles to stabilize certain body parts.

In addition to our regular schedule of Body Slam Orlando Boot Camps held throughout the Central Florida area, YOU can organize a family, neighborhood or community Boot Camp at your workplace, a community center, a neighborhood park, or place of worship.

All you need is a minimum of 10 participants committed to making a change and seeing a difference in 90-days.  Marc Mero Body Slam will do the rest.  We’ll get everyone moving.  You’ll challenge yourself and each other.  And, at the end of your 90-days, everyone will see and feel a difference!  We Guarantee It!!

Your Friends & Family Boot Camp will include:

  • Three (3) Training sessions each week led by our Certified Exercise Specialists. 
  • A full 30-minute exercise, including cardio, stretching, and resistance training.
  • A special kick-off session covering nutrition, what to expect, body measurements to help you set your goals, and your BEFORE picture.
  • An exciting opportunity to participate as a “Camp Family” in a service learning (community volunteer) project. This is in keeping with our philosophy, “the more you give, the more you get back.”-

Teen Challenge – A Boot Camp for Young People

The news is full of stories about the health of our young people; too much sugar, snacks and not enough exercise.  Childhood obesity also is claiming its share of headlines:

  • 1 out of 4 young people have Type 2 Diabetes
  • Pediatricians and doctors agree that children being born today may be the first generation to not outlive their parentstest3

Marc Mero Body Slam’s Teen Challenge is a Boot Camp for young people ages 14 to 18 years of age.  In addition to the push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, running, jumping, crawling, pulling, pushing, kicking, punching, bending, twisting, jumping jacks, sprints, planks, and more, we are here to challenge all youth participants to make life-altering changes in their eating habits with nutrition counseling and healthy food sampling.  

Marc Mero Body Slam’s Teen Challenge Boot Camp also has joined forces with one of Central Florida’s most highly regarded nonprofit organization and motivational speakers, Champion of Choices and Marc Mero.  During the 90-day Teen Challenge Boot Camp, Marc and others will present a regular program that:

  • motivates young people to understand the positive behaviors and mind-sets that work and last;
  • share life-lessons on happiness that comes from becoming who you want to be; and
  • will challenge each participant to make positive choices and reach for their dreams. 

At the end of the Marc Mero Body Slam Teen Challenge Boot, you may not recognize the person you sent to Camp.  You can expect to see an increase in energy, decrease in unwanted weight, more self confidence, and a healthier, happier and fit son or daughter.
